We hand-pack each order with care to ensure your products arrive beautifully and safely.


🖤 Processing Time: Orders ship within 3–5 business days from the date of purchase. During peak seasons or sales, please allow up to 7 business days.


🖤 Shipping Carriers: We ship via USPS. Shipping times vary by location, typically arriving within 2–5 business days once shipped.


🖤 Tracking: Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.


🖤 Local Delivery or Pickup: Select local pickup/delivery at checkout if you’re in the Southern Vermilion area.

Note: Urban Flame Candle Company is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery. Please reach out to the shipping carrier with your tracking number to file a claim.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our handcrafted products, all sales are final.


However, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos, and we’ll make it right.
